This is a Neutrik NC4FRC, 4 Pin XLR Female Right Angle In Line Connector. This Connector has a Nickel Metal Housing with a Matte Finish and Silver Plated Contacts.
 
This Connector is New Old Stock (N.O.S.) from a bulk case with no retail packaging. The Silver plated terminals are showing tarnishing. This should be cleanable with steel wool or fine sandpaper.
