Materials like carbon fiber tend to erode the nozzle’s shape, the diameter of your printer nozzle is to increase through wear, or the shape of the nozzle is to be corrupted. Those erosion and wear can lead to unattractive or even failed parts.

That’s when you need these carburising hardening nozzles. Each of them bears excellent wear-resistance and heat-resistance, enables them to be less susceptible to wear and erosion and thus prolong its lifespan. These nozzles are a must for printing abrasive filaments.
