This is an AVC model # DB04028B12M, High Speed Cooling Fan. This fan is 40mm x 40mm x 28mm square, with a 32.5mm on center mounting hole configuration. This fan has 8″ (approx.) wire leads terminated with 3 Wires: Red (+12V positive), Black (Ground) and White (RPM).

This Fan is New Old Stock (N.O.S.) from a bulk case, with no retail packaging.
