Up-Down Cut
The compression bits (up-down bits) offers the benefits of both up and down cut bits. The bit is a standard down cut, but its tip is an up cutter. Therefore, when cutting materials like plywood, you will end up with a clean edge on both sides because the top is pushed down while the bottom is pulled up.

Laminates, composites, plywood, plastic, soft metal etc. Note that compression bits should never be used to drill deep holes. Genmitsu SN05-W01 2-Flute compression bits are compatible with most desktop CNC machines, such as the Genmitsu 3018 Series, as well as other industrial CNC machines
